The attention of the Secretaries of the Theosophical Lodges, Zonal Secretaries and Federation Lecturers under the Telugu Federation Theosophical Society is drawn to the following items and they are requested to go through all the items and take necessary action and report with full details to the Federation Secretary as early as possible before the end of September 2020.
- Memberships: Theosophical year begins with 1stOctober and ends with 30thSeptember
every year)
- a) Individual entrance fee Rs 100-00
- b) Individual Memberships Rs 150-00
- c) Married Couple (Rs 150+75=225) Rs 225-00
- d) Members below 25 years Rs 75-00
- e) The Indian Theosophist Annual Subscription Rs 30-00
- f) Divyagnana Deepika Annual Subscription Rs 90-00
Please collect the membership annual subscriptions, new registrations during the year and monthly magazines subscriptions well in advance (during August and September) and send them to the Federation Secretary on or before 30th September 2020 to maintain good standing membership. Please note that Our Federation has to submit its 2019-20 Annual Report to the Indian Section on or before 05-10-2020

3) Membership as on 01-10-2019
4) Membership (Renewed and New members) as on 30-9-2020
5) Visits to Lodges:
- a) National Lecturers and Others
- b) Federation Lecturers
- c) Federation Office Bearers
6) Property; Please enlighten details of the property and highlight problems, if any.
7) Publications: Please send the particulars of the publications
8) The Indian Section Theosophical Society has requested to send the list of Members
Gone to Peace and the list of Life members. Please send the above lists without fail
9) Please send the lodge activities (2019-20 Goal Setting items etc.,) without fail
every month
10) Please also send Theosophical Order of Service (TOS) Activities of the Lodges
11) Please send the Audited Annual Accounts of the Lodges
12) The Zonal Secretaries, Federation Lecturers and Lodge Secretaries are requested to
send the above mentioned information in their Annual Report before the undersigned,
on or before 30-09-2020 without fail.
